My New Look
I have to thank the lovely Sue (Blog Mum) for my gorgeous makeover. I'm happy to fiddle about with html and hack existing code, but I could never have made my blog look the way it looks today :) Of course almost as soon as Sue installed my new custom theme, life took over and has managed to divert me from scrabbling together even a single post - and I now have the added pressure of producing a new image for each post or else end up with a front page of Fly Agaric... *wink* I am busy ... read more
CSS Frustrations
I haven't been writing much and one reason is that every time I come to my blog I'm spending my time trying to configure it to look the way I want it to. And that is driving me bananas. I just want it to have the same look and colour scheme as my old blogspot - but I can't figure out how to get the daisies down the side! Pat on my back
OK I'm not getting on with setting up this blog very fast because I am otherwise busy, but today I have some time and I noticed that I need to upgrade my version of Wordpress. Having only recently learned how to install the bloody thing I think it is far too soon to expect me to upgrade it! But I seem to have managed to do it without disappearing my blog again *grin* So Here I am version 2.6.1 and I have no idea what the extra .1 has given me that I didn't have before.
