Winter Aconite (Eranthis hyemalis) emerges soon after the Snowdrop. Although not a true aconite, it is closely related to them, being also a member of the Buttercup family. As with true aconites, all parts of the plant are poisonous, however ingestion would mean enduring a bitter taste sensation. Ice Cave

Description: This was the seventh card that I made in September 2006. It was the first card I made in my own home and I made it intuitively. I have not found it's voice until today when it fell out of my deck following a conversation with someone about Persephone.
