Mother – Council
Description:
When I made this card I was thinking about honouring the miscarriage I had last year but I don't think that is the way it turned out - which is something I love about this process! Ever since, she has sat in my deck and whenever I pick her up I think "Mother". So for now she fits into my Council suit as the gentle mother.

Mother SoulCollage Card
Who are you?
I am the one who watches over you.
I am the one who nurtures.
I am the one who surrounds you with love.
I am the one who cares.
I am the one who is the gentle breeze that rustles leaves.
I am the one who is the moist earth that supports growth.
I am the one who cherishes.
I am the one who is vulnerable.
I am the one who is strong.
I am all around you.
What do you have to give me?
I give you unconditional love. I give you space to grow.
What do you want from me?
I want you to feel that there is always love.
SoulCollage® is the process, developed by Seena B. Frost, of creating a deck of collaged cards from found images—cards that are arranged in suits for the primary purpose of self-exploration and self-acceptance. SoulCollage® cards are made from original purchased art (e.g., art published in magazines, calendars, books, cards, etc.) and personal materials (e.g., photos). SoulCollage cards are not to be sold, traded, or bartered and are to be reproduced only for the personal use of the maker of the card.

Missions (almost) Accomplished
mmmmmm. to know that there is that kind of nurturing *inside of us FOR us*…….big sigh of happiness
I’m not usually moved by soul collage cards, I don’t know why, even my own!
Perhaps it’s because they are so personal that I feel i’m prying? I don’t know.
But this one moved me to comment…it’s simply wonderful.
Thank you.
Your Mother card is wonderfully tender. Someone to hold you. Lovely.

Thank you for posting this card. You have given me a gift of the aspect I never had but desparwately have been searching for.
